Did you get a chance to read Garretts article in the Independent on Monday. I know an old football guy like yourself would appreciate that.

    Bobby:
One disadvantage of living 300 miles from GI is not being able to keep track of people from my past. This article on " Coach" Ley said it better than I could ever say it. I too was lucky enough to visit with him before he passed and was able to tell him how much he influenced me. I could never call him anything but "Coach" and yes he will be missed by many and I'm sure he is in heaven now smiling and hoping everything goes well at GICC and with all of his players from over the years. I wouldn't be surprised if he is still coaching! What a great man! Jerry Pittman class of (62)
